How can you get a gunshot effect with Sony Vegas?
I've been working on a feature film, and duration of a scene a person 2 people shot dead. I do not want ammateurish see and what effects could use a little i?
There are 2 ways you can do — videocopilot. Net has a bullet effects package incredible that you can buy (or go torrent for free if your an idiot illegal.) The fire effects are amazing and realistic. Videocopilot says you have to use Adobe After Effects to get the effect of bullet, but if you follow the instructions below works in Las Vegas as well. — Or you can go to detonationfilms.com. enter their download section and a bullet-free. What you need to do is import the clip shot in a layer above the clip of the shooting kind. Key need leave the black area around the bullet with chroma key or use the screen effect in that layer. once you do one of two black will disappear and you can see the bullet impact and clip at the same time. Then just change the size of the bullet and place anywhere. Make sure the timing is right and your set! Make sure to get some sound effects too. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube at this too, so if your smart you are to find out how to do this very well. I did some films of the mine without knowing a single thing about Las Vegas and worked very well.
