Tulip Glasses
Please share the view of a glass of whiskey … is for a gift?
I can not decide between "traditional" and "tulip" vessels. Traditional, ie the fund is no more square bore and the tulip. What would a lover of whiskey appreciate more? This person drinks all day or so, slowly sipping coffee at the end of the day. They enjoy Johnny Walker Black Label, including whiskey, and generally as non-whiskey single malt. I'm thinking a glass of classic Waterford crystal, but can not decide which way to go. Thanks Comments?:)
I would recommend a traditional glass. The way he describes his giftee, it seems that they are not particularly drawn or obsessive about his whiskey. There are specific glasses to taste whiskey, but these calls whiskeys to people who can equate love with someone who is a wine buff or hung from cork – I am one of them is that I am a fanatic of whiskey – but I would not recommend a Tasting Glass specialist in this particular case what it says. Your giftee simply find them annoying. Stick with the glass of traditional style especially if JWB and other blends are your favorite giftee, and if your giftee drinks _definitely_ his whiskey on the rocks. You should choose a vessel that cradles and hand, which "feels" well. It's all about the experience. I recommend a small glass – simply because you have to put a lot of alcohol in the major to be "seems" like there is something in them at all. And stay away from the square – I find them annoying and troublesome to keep drinking from. Some thin lips is also good, simply because it is easier to drink of these glasses. Any adjustment of the glass vessel descriptions that work well – after that it is a matter of personal taste and style. If you can, buy in person. Eyewear purchased online to be very different once you've done you have in your hand.
