Come, this is not so difficult. Average force is energy divided by distance. Have a change in kinetic energy (½ mv ²) and severity of energy (mgΔh). The distance traveled can be calculated by the change in height (Δh) and the angle of descent. Divide the power by distance, voila: average force.
