Does anyone else like Lone Star beer?
I drink occasionally. It is my favorite but I like it i snot. Christus Tex, Shiner Bock is a beer Yes well and I drink, I prefer the darkness of Bohemia, but the regular bock is good too. I can not stand Pearl. I prefer to Lone Star beer I'm not touching each has its different tastes, but for me and this is just my Pearl is just one step Milwakies aboe better, but again people tell me that about Lone Star. TexHabsfan: I too am in my 60s and I grew up in North Texas, not far from Oklahoma
I used to drink some in school and not bad for the price. For type of beer, the pearl is a better option. If you want the best beer brewed in Texas, try a Shiner Bock.

The Point $7.03 Harry Nilsson wrote the entirely hummable songs (including the hit, “Me and My Arrow”) for this charming, 1971 animation feature about a boy with a round head who is banished from the land of pointy-headed people. An allegory about nonconformism presented in a delightful way, this is a treat for everybody. Ringo Starr, the late Nilsson’s old pal, narrates. –Tom Keogh… |

Point Break [VHS] $2.27 An unbelievable movie, and deliriously better for it. Keanu Reeves is a hotshot law enforcement dude–Johnny Utah by name–investigating a series of bank robberies in L.A. Four gunmen, disguised in rubber masks of ex-U.S. presidents, have never come close to being caught, but veteran agent Gary Busey has a theory: The bandits are surfers. This prompts the superb line, “The ex-presidents rip of… |
