Cola Coffee

How can I stop cola and coffee??

I find myself with a can of cola or a cup of coffee very often …. but I suppose caffeine in if I'm getting dark circles … How could I give up??? I tried but I keep on delaying my mission lol ….

Find substitutes that are equally satisfactory. I stopped drinking soda a while ago by switching to carbonated water. You can change your coffee for tea. Even a tea caffeine will have less caffeine than coffee. At first when I stopped drinking caffeine, I felt tired all the time and had to go to bed early, but I got used to it after a couple of weeks now and do not miss at all.
