How can not crave Sprite?
I LOVE soda, I have almost every day … I love it. Please do not comment on this truth unhealthy, I know that is not healthy. How I can stop craving it? I crave, sometimes for dinner, sometimes other times. I love your perfect match of excitement and sugar. I feel like if it was not gas, but I do not like carbonated water, because they taste like hydrogen peroxide (pretty sure it's partly) but above all as a natural drink low sugar juice cran-pomegranate (the natural kind) does not solve a craving Sprite as it does. Please give advice on how not to have them! I really want to stop. BONUS – Also, how to quit chocolate craving? It seems like I crave Sprite. By the way, I'm not pregnant, if any of you might be thinking that I've never screwed a child! (TMI, I know, but I guess I am a virgin.)
I know what you're going through. The way I overcame was to be a struggling college student. Without money, you will find it much easier to drink tap water and chocolate bars do not buy unnecessary. I have cravings still light … but after a while you get used to soft food and realize that it is necessary to fulfill that desire. In other worlds, you have to find a way to wrap your mind is not about buying it .. then you may not want it anymore. Hope this helps!
