I've heard 0 are the point of no return … I have 2, mine starts to close if I leave my jewelry for more than a day … and I rub vitamin E oil on the basis of my holes a couple times a week (I do not want droopyness!). I've heard olive oil is a good alternative as well, because omega and other things that are in it.
