I would buy an old classic car or hot rod that I can afford about $ 5K?
I am looking for a classic car or hot rod car hobby. I like 30s and 40s cars and trucks. I need something that is running and driving and recorded. I can handle any type of cosmetics. I have about $ 5,000. Please note in the western United States. I will travel.
5000 is a decent budget to start, although you may be somewhat limited in their vehicles of choice, depending on their condition. Just be prepared to sink 2 to 3 times that amount on what you buy to make proper restoration. the restoration of these babies is not cheap.
