How much light do fish need?
I have a 30G tank with a variety of live-bearers and tetras, also I have some plants (magenta ratalla, corkscrew and Anubias) the need for light rotallas Lotsa and wondered if the fish can handle 11 hours of darkness and 13 hours of light or should be spit of 12-12hrs … What would you say? Do not want my plants or my fish to die … any tips will help. Currently, lighting is 12-13hrs a day and 12-11hrs of night and was wondering if this is okay? thanks a bunch! Perhaps arsh weekends going to cut Backon light so the fish can relax, but I'm not going to give you just two hours, I'm sure you know what you're talking about, but I'm not going to do that. Thanks anyway
8-12 hours of light more or less okay. I see nothing wrong at any time you have proposed.
