Does anyone remember Oktoberfest in Vancouver, BC in the years 1971 to 1974? (Picture attached)?

If there is an image of the 1973 version of the official Oktoberfest cup of Vancouver. I have total 8 cups (2 per year dating from 1971 to 1974). I want to know if there are more who do not have cups for? I also want to know if someone does not know what happened to the festival this type and if we organize once more on an annual basis from 2009? There anyone potentially interested in organizing something … and bringing a beautiful celebration? Mainly I'm looking for any information you can give is appreciated.
