Is Diet Pepsi and rum, an alcoholic drink well when you're dieting?
I'm not hard core of the diet, avoiding calories, carbohydrates, fat as possible. Diet Pepsi and rum is a good choice when I drink alcohol?
Yes I'm in the same situation. I try to avoid beers or mixtures that contain extra carbohydrates and sugars. I do not juice either, because if you take a little of the night was tons of sugar consumption in that too. I go with the Diet Coke and Bacardi Limon, or Diet Coke and Captain Morgan. Also, drink less and still have a good time, I'm doing "all others "drink like water or normal Diet Coke. These spaces outside and still feel like you're drinking. Also make sure you do not snack or leave to eat after that. One trick is I have a granola bar low in fat wallet for when I get hungry after leaving, that's what I eat because it's easier! I know drinking lowers your metabolism, but the Reson'm kind of cardio is to look good when I go out, and dammit, they deserve to have a good time, as a reward, right? Good lucky!
