Bottle Decanter
I need to know the price of a bottle of "old" whiskey?
The bottle in question is an Unopened Bottle of 1948 Gooderham and musts Canada Whiskey. 1832 is a commemorative mug and presentation box. I've tried several sites, but I did nothing but re-developed villages Gooderham and musts distillery. If someone could tell me an approximate price, or a site that may be the price that would be great. Thank you.
I'm assuming that whiskey, at least not worth much. Whiskey does not "age" in the bottle as the wine is so unlike whiskey that has been in a Barrell for a similar period, whiskey that has been in a bottle for 60 years have not achieved anything better, and most likely be much worse. So whiskey lovers are not going to see it as something more than a strange curiosity. So the jar itself can be of any value to a collector of these things, but I doubt it. To put this in perspective, a jug to commemorate the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana Spencer on eBay is currently offering up to $ 100. Lady Di was much more popular than Gooderham and must. However, I hope that in the past hours and minutes from the Di & Charles pitcher will jump to about $ 200. Unless the bottle is made of glass, hand-carved by someone famous (Waterford, etc.), I would expect that someone to pay anything more than the price of your whiskey, with about $ 125 as the most reasonable price.
