Bottle Cap
How can I get a lever-off out of the bottle without bending?
My 5 years old, has started collecting Bottle Caps. I have a few bottles Coca Cola old I am willing to sacrifice, but the caps are off the lever-type and I do not want to ruin them trying to evict them. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
To make sure not to bend the cover, I think you'll need to break the bottles. With great care, and within several layers of bags (paper and plastic), use a hammer to make sure you break the top right – you do not want to stay with the top of the bottle intact. Use tongs to remove them from the bag and washed very well and you should be fine. I would advise not letting your 5yrold participate or even watch – which could take the view that it is "fun" and be creative at a later time.
