Beer Cardboard
Do not cut the plastic that has a beer or pop? What about toilet tissue cardboard rolls?
I saw an episode of America's Funniest Videos, where a puppy was trapped in a vote. It was fun because there was someone there to save him. The mother of the puppies did not think it was funny because I could not find a way to remove it safely. I posted this before but the question was deleted. I think it was worth re-positioned. Some of my Q & A not very pleasant, I know. But I think this is important, especially if you are an animal lover.
I always cut the plastic … but I never thought that something could be trapped in a T / C roll! WOW, the things you learn!
