Looking for food ideas for a birthday party for Mardi Gras theme?
I'm pulling my husband's surprise 30th birthday party with a Balck and White theme of Mardi Gras. We beads in black and white, and masks, etc. This is only one party in a club room. DJ, and drinks. Nothing fancy or large. Im looking for some simple snack ideas with the theme of New Orleans to them. I thought of something "Po Boy" sandwiches. And, of course, shrimp cocktail.
shrimp po boys, gumbo spicy, with chunks of bread for dipping, red beans and rice, which could serve this dessert in small small bowls. Mini Quiche, meat, UPS beans and cheese roll, ham and cream cheese roll pickle UPS
