Document In Word, pressing the spacebar and the cursor begins to erase the letters, how to undo this?
In Word Document, I am writing a inventory sheet. After a while, every time you click the cursor at the beginning of a line and press the spacebar to move the line the cursor to the right start to erase the letters in place. Why is this and how can I undo it? Is it because the document is AutoFormat graphically or something else?
try Press the "Insert" key. This toggles on / off Overwrite. If you look down the bottom of the screen can display the text "OVR" which means that you are in overwrite mode. Thus, the space bar is overtyping the text, instead of inserting spaces.
